There are three types of membership available in WIT-NEO:

Individual		$55 a year
Corporate		$140 a year and covers up to three employees from one company.
		Additional members can be added for $40 each.
Student		$40 a year (Email the WITNEO Membership Chair to find out how to get a free student membership!)


There are three ways to apply for membership,

E-mail		Download the PDF form, fill out the fields, and click on "Submit Via E-mail".
		If default e-mail program that starts up is not the desired program used,

	.	Download the PDF form, fill out the fields, and click on "Save as PDF"
		Attach it to an e-mail and send to WITNEO Membership Chair.


Fax		Download the PDF form, fill out the fields, and click on "Print ".
		Fax printout to Verena Kristof, Membership Chair at 216-447-6335.

Mail		Download the PDF form, fill out the fields, and click on "Print ".
